This website is run for the Edwards Family Reunion 2027. It is here so the family can find the schedule, register, and reach the reunion committee. This page says what it collects and what happens to it.

What the forms collect

The registration form asks for the primary contact’s name, email address and phone number, how many people are coming in each age group, which days, any dietary notes or special requests, how many T-shirts of each size, and any Graduate Recognition Fund donation. The contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject and your message.

When you send either form, what you typed is emailed to the reunion committee so they can plan the weekend and reply to you. It is delivered by Resend, an email service, and is not stored on this website. The committee may use your email address to send reunion updates.

Payment

This website never sees or stores card or bank details. Payments are made in Zelle or Cash App, under their own privacy policies.

Visits

This website counts visits to its pages without cookies and without keeping your IP address, so no one can be identified from those counts. Its fonts are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other font service.

Links to Cash App take you to that service, which has its own privacy policy.
